Eastern European Spirit, Western European Style: Advertising in Slovenia |

Abstract: Advertising has developed more rapidly in Slovenia than in all other former Yugoslav republics and more than in many other Eastern and Central European nations since the fall of communism. Though average consumer attention to mass media has dropped, the number of media choices has increased and the value of advertising has grown. Key media characteristics are also described.
